Return Policy (30 days)

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We recommend keeping all tags and packaging intact until you are certain your piece is staying in your wardrobe.

How to Return

To start a return, contact the Fashvert team with your order details and reason for return so we can guide you through the next step. Depending on your location, we may arrange pickup support or provide the best return instructions available.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Final timing depends on your original payment method and the processing speed of your card issuer or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a replacement item, we will do our best to arrange an exchange based on available stock. Exchange requests move fastest when submitted as soon as your order arrives.
